Your First Visit
We’ll take our time learning all about your dental situation during your first appointment. In addition to examining your mouth, we may ask questions about your everyday habits. Our goal is to get a complete grasp of both your oral and overall health so that we can narrow down the true root cause of your dental issues and treat it at its source. After your routine cleaning, we can recommend a treatment plan for you and schedule future appointments as needed.
New Patient Forms
We know that your schedule is already crowded enough as it is without having to spend extra time in our waiting room filling out the necessary forms. To speed up your first appointment, we’re happy to provide the necessary forms ahead of time! Simply print them out using the link below and fill them out on your own time.
How Dental Insurance Works
We are happy to help maximize your dental insurance benefits if you have a PPO plan, which means that we’ll file claims on your behalf and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. Our office is also in-network with Delta Dental. If you have questions about your benefits or individual plan, our friendly and experienced team is happy to help you navigate your coverage; just give us a call!
Financing Available
The cost of dental care can be potentially overwhelming if you try to pay for it all at once.
